Sales Account Executive

Our teams are growing and we are looking for a Sales Executive in our San Jose office location. This position will be the primary driver of new clients to the getTalent software platform. At getTalent, we’re looking for top sales professionals to develop business opportunities as we build out the next generation of talent sourcing management, engagement, and analytics SaaS products.

In this position, you will:

  • Identify marketplace opportunities, and uncovering new customers
  • Establish, prioritize, manage, and grow a pipeline of new clients while capitalizing on renewing clients
  • Create thoughtful pricing strategies tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contract terms, finding common ground with clients
  • Move strong client prospects through the sales funnel to closing

Job Qualifications:

Senior Front End Engineer

Basic Purpose:

Our teams are growing and we are looking for top talent to build out the next generation of talent sourcing management, engagement, and analytics tools. We are looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to our team, located in our San Jose, CA headquarters.  This individual will be a core member of our Web Application Development team supporting our Front End Engineering needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with business users to define system requirements.
  • Responsible for communicating project status to team members and business users.
  • Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and deploying changes to the system.
  • Work with Product Development to understand and solve business issues.
  • Participates in deployment planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Senior level, full-stack software developer with 10+ years of experience

Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is energized by partnering with Product Management and Sales leadership to create compelling strategies to drive the business and shake up the market. The ideal candidate has a persuasive communication style combined with outstanding business acumen and a creative streak. You will lead go-to-market planning for new and existing product initiatives; develop product materials, competitive evaluations, pricing, RFP responses, sales training, support demand generation, PR and analyst activities. You’ll also develop insights into the inner workings of talent acquisition in order to drive thought leadership for getTalent.

In this position you will:

  • Develop getTalent’s positioning, buyer personas, and targeted messaging that differentiates us in the market.
  • Enable sales through the development of high-caliber product collateral, videos, sales presentations, playbooks, demos, customer proposals, and more. Deliver trainings as needed.
  • Inform our product priorities through a deep understanding of the competitive space and customer feedback.
  • Manage competitive intelligence, keeping abreast of competitive product offerings, sales strategies, and their underlying technologies.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new product initiatives, working closely with product management, PR, sales, support, and the rest of the marketing team.
  • Drive getTalent’s pricing and packaging strategy to drive market differentiation and revenue acceleration. Develop and execute the overall strategy, including modeling and evaluating different options, incorporating industry and competitive learnings, and creating supporting collateral
  • Work with Sales to develop holistic programs that demonstrate and quantify the business value of getTalent to prospects and customers in order to drive incremental business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years relevant marketing experience, including positioning and messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and product launches, preferably for a B2B SaaS company
  • Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, and visual
  • Ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative presentations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and lead through influence

UX Designer

The getTalent Product team is looking for a full-time mid to senior level user experience designer to support our continued efforts to design and build the next-generation of recruiting tools. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for solving big problems with elegant solutions and a solid track record of conceiving and delivering first-class experiences.

Summary: 

You will be an integral part of the Product Team, able to showoff your design skills and grow as a designer. We like people who bring great design chops to the table but also bring a point-of-view about design and build on our understanding of design. Work with stakeholders to understand the roadmap and priorities. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to drive from problem to idea to design to launch.

This position is for an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director of Product

About You: 

  • Design functional yet elegant and beautiful experiences.
  • From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes, prototyping is a part of what you do.
  • An amazing portfolio, demonstrating the use of creative and novel solutions to solve complex problems.
